We were commissioned to develop the full re-brand strategy for one of the first-ever Latina female-led startups: Talent Hack.

A well-care platform offering fit-pros and well-care professionals, a place to grow their careers. Through business tech tools, up-to-date education, and a supportive community, Talent Hack’s main focus was to manage the hard side of the business, while their community of pros could forget the hassle and focus on what they loved most, building a strong relationship with their clients.

After thorough research and testing, we came up with a re-name of the brand and a full re-freshed visual identity, while keeping some of the elements to connect with those who already knew the brand.

Process

From research, to full brand strategy. We defined the new Brand Essence and Membership Launch Strategy. Going from MVP, Values, Unique Proposition, Positioning and Brand Persona, to full visual tone, identity, and consumer-facing messaging hierarchy.
